2. Pre-order and Out of Stock

If you can't find the model or it's out of stock, if you're looking for a special edition, a specific color, or the product is listed as sold out, we can bring it in for you by order.

  • Waiting Times: As this involves import management or special logistics, these orders have a slightly longer delivery time than in-stock models.
  • How to request it: Write to us via WhatsApp for a formal quote and the estimated arrival time of your instrument.

3. Online Purchase

If you decide to make your purchase through our web portal, the process is as follows:

  1. Selection: Choose your product and click "Add to cart".
  2. Registration: Click "Start purchase" and complete your contact details.
  3. Logistics: Enter the delivery address and select the shipping method.
  4. Payment: Choose your payment method and confirm the transaction.
  5. Validation: You will receive a confirmation email and, once the payment is approved, we will send your proof of purchase and manage the dispatch.
