Return Policy
If you need to make an exchange or return, here are the guidelines to ensure an efficient process:
1. Request Deadlines

Standard exchanges and returns: You have up to 15 calendar days after the purchase.

Reporting manufacturing defects: You have up to 30 calendar days to report any technical failure through our official channels.
2. Eligibility Conditions
For an exchange or return to be processed, the following must be met:

Valid reasons: Exchanges are only accepted for manufacturing defects or if you wish to make an "Upgrade" (exchange for a higher-priced Littmann model, covering the corresponding difference).

Product condition: The item must be returned in perfect condition, as it was received, including original packaging, manuals, and all accessories.

Additional charges: If the product has been opened but is in optimal condition, an administrative fee/surcharge for stock handling will be applied.
3. Required Documentation
Without exception, to manage any movement in Mexico City or remotely, you must present:

Original payment receipt or proof of payment.

Tracking number (in case of electronic transfers).

5. Logistics and Shipping Costs

Original and return shipping costs are not refundable.

The return must be made at the consumer's expense or, after prior report and contact, the company may evaluate absorbing up to 50% of the return shipping cost (subject to management's discretion).
6. Refunds

Once the product's condition is received and approved, the payment refund process can take up to 15 business days.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase or, failing that, through an agreement that the company deems most viable at its own discretion.
