Are Littmann stethoscopes original?
Absolutely. At Vesalio, precision is our priority. All our equipment is 100% original, features 3M™ security seals, and comes with the manufacturer's official warranty.
What if the model I'm looking for isn't in stock?
We manage special orders. If you are looking for a limited edition or a specific model that you don't see in the catalog, contact us via WhatsApp. We will bring it for you with a slightly longer waiting time, but with the Vesalio guarantee.
Can I customize my equipment with laser engraving?
We offer a personalization service (name or specialty) to make your instruments unique and protected. Check availability and additional costs via WhatsApp.
What are the payment methods?

Online Store: We accept all credit/debit cards and digital payment platforms.

WhatsApp (Recommended Option): Electronic transfer, bank deposit, and cash on delivery (CDMX/AM only).

Note: Direct purchases via WhatsApp usually have a lower price by avoiding platform fees.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes, exclusively for CDMX and the Metropolitan Area. You can pay in cash, by transfer, or by card (we have a physical terminal) when you receive your equipment.
Do you issue tax invoices?
Currently, Vesalio Medical Store does not issue tax invoices. We are working on integrating this administrative process to enable it soon. Please note that once available, the invoicing service will have an additional cost of 16% (VAT) on the price published on the website or quoted via WhatsApp.
What is the shipping cost?
The cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order. For personal deliveries in CDMX via WhatsApp, the cost may be lower or agreed upon.
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We ship throughout the Mexican Republic. The standard time is 3 to 7 business days. For "on-demand" models, the advisor will inform you of the estimated import and delivery time.
What is the deadline for making an exchange?
You have 15 calendar days for exchanges due to "upgrade" (model change by paying the difference) or defects. The product must be in perfect condition and with all its accessories.
What if my equipment has a factory defect?
You have up to 30 days to report it to our official channels (WhatsApp or contacto@vesaliomedical.com). If the defect is confirmed, we will process the replacement at no cost to you.
Are shipping costs refunded on returns?
Original and return shipping costs are not refundable. In specific cases, Vesalio may absorb up to 50% of the return cost after prior evaluation.
What should I do if the product does not arrive in good condition?
Contact us at contacto@vesaliomedical.com and we will send you a new one.
